During this class, you will tone muscles and improve flexibility, posture, balance and alignment while promoting a feeling of physical and mental well-being. This class introduces the fundamentals and proper technique of Pilates, focusing on body connections, breathing, alignment and awareness.
Yogalates All Levels
Yogalates is a blend of Yoga and Pilates! Practice the postures of Yoga which focus on enhanced mind and body awareness, alignment, flexibility and balance. Develop your core strength and stabilization through various Pilates techniques.
How do I become an Artizen client?

What’s the difference between yoga and Pilates?
Both yoga and Pilates share the same goal of focusing on technique, breathing and alignment while doing the poses. In Pilates great importance is placed on creating more strength and mobility in your core, abdomen, lower back, inner/outer thighs and hips. Precision and control also play a large role in Pilates.
