    Aromatherapy and Asana… a perfect blend if you ask us! Join us for a special, intensive class exploring movement and healing with oils. This will be an invigorating and all levels yoga practice incorporating slow flow and restorative postures with essential oils. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed and empowered!

  • Slow & Strong Heated 80+ degrees

    Challenge your mind and body with Slow & Strong. This class has been built around the idea of vinyasa/integral style practice in mind… but at a slower pace. Knowledge of basic poses required. Not suitable for beginners. Heated to at least 80 degrees. Expect to chant, sweat, move, balance, twist and laugh!

  • Yoga HIIT Fusion

    This class is designed to get your heart rate up while you strengthen and tone your whole body! The HITT portion of the class follows Tabata (20 seconds “on” of 1 exercise followed by 10 seconds “rest”) for a total of 4 minutes. Work as hard as you can for the 20 seconds in an exercise you are already familiar with from Yoga. The class includes a warm-up and cool down plus Savasana.

  • Soul Sweat

    Cardio, tribal dance, strength training, rapid movement and yoga packed into a high-energy 60-minute practice set to a fun soundtrack! This practice is heated and beginners will find this class challenging. Please bring water, your smile and be prepared to SWEAT!

  • Slow Flow

    Slow Flow is a slow flowing class that incorporates poses ranging from gentle to challenging. It is well suited for those desiring a deep connection to their practice. It emphasizes slowing down, taking mindful action and focusing on your breath. It focuses on stability, alignment, and using self-centering energy as you stay in each pose. Although slower than a regular Vinyasa class, this class will challenge you to utilize your breath as you stay in poses and release tension. Be prepared to work up a sweat and end with a super relaxing savasana!

How do I become an Artizen client?

All clients must be registered. New Artizen clients can choose to register online or in the studio.

Benefits of registering online:
Registering online saves time and establishes your Artizen website login credentials. With an Artizen login, you can view your class schedule, purchase history and book classes online at your own convenience 24/7.

Dropping by the studio:
If you prefer, you can always just drop by the studio and we can help you get started. If you’re planning to take a class that same day also, please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to complete the necessary paperwork. We’re looking forward to meeting you!

How does an All Level's yoga class appeal equally to all skill levels?

During an All Level’s yoga class, the instructor will provide guidance on how to make the poses more or less challenging depending on a student’s comfort level. In many cases, students will receive instruction/assistance during class to ensure a safe, yet challenging, practice.
