Join us September 30th for a unique Yin Yoga workshop

No previous experience necessary.
Stressed out? Body feeling tight? Enjoy a simple and fun introduction to Yin Yoga and then experience the magic of a full Yin practice for yourself! Get to know your inner world in this deeply relaxing, profound mind-body workshop. A Yin practice is composed of a series of slow, sloppy floor poses, it targets the ligaments and tendons around the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. The workshop concludes with a meditative Yoga Nidra practice. You leave renewed, refreshed, and centered.
Yoga teachers receive 3 CEU contact hours for Yoga Alliance continuing education.

About the instructor, Helen Summer:
Helen Summer, MA, E-RYT 200, comes to us from Columbia, SC where she discovered yoga later in life. She turned to Yoga for pain relief, and became interested in all aspects of the practice, especially Yin Yoga. Helen has compassion for those beginning their yoga journey and those with physical limitations. As she likes to say, “It’s a practice, not a perfect.” Helen is an experienced teacher having taught over 1000 hours since 2011.
