In this workshop, we will explore the purpose of meditation, techniques and practice. You’ll be given tools to explore various types of meditation including singled-pointed focus, visualization, guided and more.
You’ll prepare your body for meditation with a 1-hour practice including invigorating vinyasa movement and deep relaxation in restorative postures with props.
Restore, refocus and recommit to yourself. What is your intention for 2016?
