“In my practice, my teaching, and in my life I am inspired by authentic connection and joyfulness. I am committed to being with what is and to live fully in each moment. I have personally benefited from yoga in every way, revealing my own fluid strength and powerful vulnerability. As a teacher, my intention is to create a space where each student can experience their own greatness, without limitation or expectation.” -Luca
