During pregnancy, your body—and your little one’s body—is changing every day. Yoga can help you stay healthy and prepare you for delivery. Together we will explore dietary considerations, relaxation techniques, practice options, and—of course—the best sequences, postures and modifications to keep you strong and alleviate discomfort. Your baby deserves a Zen Mom!
Here are a few of the many benefits of practicing yoga while pregnant:
