During pregnancy, your body is changing every day. Yoga can help you stay healthy and prepare you mentally and physically for delivery. In this four week series, Stacy provides the modifications and awareness you need to practice throughout your pregnancy. Learn the importance of listening to your body and giving it proper care. Together we’ll explore dietary considerations, relaxation techniques, practice options, and – of course – the best sequences, postures and modifications to keep you strong and alleviate discomfort.
