Yoga Kids is geared specifically for students from ages 5-10 years old. This class uses traditional yoga techniques in playful, simple, and fun ways. Games, music and weekly themes are all part of the fun! Each class will teach your child to stretch, breathe and enjoy the benefits of yoga! At end of class, students are guided slowly to a place of quiet and relaxation. The will leave feeling GREAT!
